Jennifer offers an extraordinary blend of modalities and the deep experience of 30 years as a healing practitioner in each of her sessions. She weaves energy work with Lomi-Lomi inspired massage and cranial/sacral inspired touch for an experience of profound relaxation and healing, returning body, mind and spirit to natural harmony and flow.  Her heartful, nurturing approach and clear insight facilitates a reconnection to your inner guidance, peace and balance. Each session is personalized, unique and intuitive to support and empower your healing and growth in a way that is relevant and meaningful to your personal journey.

Sessions are 85.00 hour, and are 60 – 90 minutes long.

 

Yoga Therapy and Private Yoga Coaching

Private sessions give you the opportunity to have the personal attention and support that can make your practice meaningful and empowering for you. Jennifer brings her in-depth experience and intuitive wisdom as a Yoga Therapist and holistic health educator to each private session and customizes it to where you are in your life. She has a  gift of translating the language of the body into wisdom for your spirit, mind and body harmony and well-being, with which she creates a practice that honors all aspects of your health and fits into your lifestyle. She starts where you are, with compassion for your capacities and guidance for your goals,  and assists you in exploring your potential and realizing your intentions.

The 1st assessment meeting is 90 minutes.
